Weekends fill up fast for events, so we recommend booking at least 6-12 months in advance, depending on your date.

Event Package Details:

Event Fee: $125 flat fee, no time limit.
Guest Count: Up to 25 guests.
Includes:
– Use of home common spaces, deck, and yard.
– Coffee, tea, and punch.
– Catering service available.
– Dish use fee: $75.
– Outside food is allowed with a $75 cleaning fee.
